A row appears here only where both of us have published an answer, and every cell about TeamSnap links to the page we read it on and the day we read it. Where their page is silent we leave the row out rather than guess — and where they win, the row says so. Last checked 7 September 2026.

TeamSnap is not in this table, because TeamSnap publishes no rate to put in it. The two clubs’ systems that do publish one are here instead, so you can see the shape of the sum you are being asked to take on trust.
On cards we are not the cheapest of these, and we would rather show you than let you find out. What is true whatever you choose: no fee per player, no cut of your registration count, a rate that is published, and a bank-transfer option at 1%. A club can also absorb the fee so a scholarship family is never charged it.
If you move, here is exactly what moves.
- Athletes with birthdays, allergies, dietary notes and medical notes
- Parents and guardians, with the email their invite goes to
- Emergency contacts and pickup people, each with a kiosk PIN
- Coaches with their role, so nobody re-picks permissions one dialog at a time
- Team rosters onto sessions that already exist here
- Saved cards and bank details
- What families owe you today
- Past invoices, payments and receipts
- Old attendance, daily reports and messages
No system in this category hands another its saved cards or its ledger. We say it first, and we say what happens instead.
Questions, answered
They do not publish it. Their page says “Flexible, customized pricing tailored to your organization” (read 7 September 2026). Bloomily is $99 a month per location, or $990 a year, with no fee per player.
Athletes, families, emergency contacts, coaches with their roles and current registrations. TeamSnap publishes its own limit plainly: “Account balances and credits are not migrated with members.” Neither do saved cards, from any system.
No. There is a processing fee on a payment — 3.5% on cards, 1% on bank transfers capped at $8 — and the club chooses whether families or the club covers it. A club can absorb it so a scholarship family is not charged.
Stop comparing. Start running.
Set up in an afternoon, and see it with your own program’s name on it.
