One price. However busy the door gets.
Drop-in centers and play cafés pay one flat price per location — unlimited visits, unlimited families. The only thing you ever pay more for is more of our team.

Not sure which? A center with rooms, staff schedules or programs wants Standard. A door and a clock wants Drop-in.
Questions first, or planning a bigger rollout? Schedule a demo or talk to us.
Read across Standard and Concierge — their middles match line for line, on purpose. The paid product is one product, never metered, never sold as add-ons. And Drop-in is the same system, sized for a door and a clock. The grid below shows exactly what’s in each plan. Every price a normal program pays is on this page. What changes between plans is how much of our team comes with it.
One thing sits outside the monthly price: payments taken through Bloomily always carry a processing fee — 3.5% on cards, 1% on bank transfers. Your program chooses who covers it, your families or you. See how processing fees work.
Compare the plans
Drop-in is the same system, sized for a door and a clock. And read the Standard and Concierge columns — they match on every row until Support. That’s the whole model: features are never the upsell, our time is.

Your bill doesn’t move when the door gets busy.
A packed Saturday is a good day. It shouldn’t cost you anything. Here’s what your price does as your visits grow:
Busy weeks, quiet weeks, a school-holiday rush — it’s the same $99 a month per location. You never pay by the visit. And from day one you’re covered: love Bloomily in 60 days, or pay nothing.
Eight things this industry does that we don’t.
None of these exist because they cost the software company anything. They exist because they make money. We think that era is over.
- Charging you per child
- Charging you more to unlock features you already pay for
- Selling the good parts as add-on modules
- Charging per staff member
- Charging parents to use the app
- Raising your price because we raised our prices
- One system for childcare, another for camp
- Annual contracts that lock you in
Between the paid plans, the product is identical. The only thing you can buy more of is us.
You’ll compare us to Brightwheel, Procare, and Playground. Please do.
They’re good childcare apps. Here’s what’s honestly different when your program is more than one season.
We publish a full, honest comparison for each — features, pricing, and where they’re strong. Read them
Straight answers
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card. Not a trial. You can start yourself today — no call, nothing to schedule.
What does the free plan include?
The heart of Bloomily, sized for a home program: enrollment, tuition and autopay, check-in, daily reports, messaging and photos, your own webpage — with AI help built in. The deeper tools — staff scheduling, camps, Bloomily Teach — live on Standard, because a program of eighteen doesn’t need them.
What happens at eighteen children?
You move to Standard — $99 a month, unlimited children. Nothing is switched off and nothing is lost; you gain the deeper tools. And you’re covered either way: love Bloomily in 60 days, or pay nothing.
Is anything missing on Standard?
No. Standard and Concierge are the identical, complete product — every feature, unlimited children. The only difference between them is how much of our team comes with it.
Is Drop-in different from Standard?
Same price, different product. Drop-in is built around walk-ups: a door code, a kiosk, a rate card, invoices every day. Standard is built around enrollment: rooms, programs, staff schedules. If you run both, pick Standard — it includes hourly billing.
Do you charge per visit?
No. $99 a month, however many visits. The only cost outside the monthly price is the processing fee on payments, and it’s on this page.
What do I need at the front desk?
A tablet you already have. Families register from their own phone with a QR code, then check in and out on your kiosk. There’s no hardware to buy from us.
Do you have nonprofit pricing?
We have one price for everyone — nonprofits, new programs, everyone. It’s already below what most of this industry charges nonprofits. What we do add for nonprofits is invoicing and purchase orders, so you’re not forced onto a card.
We’re opening a new program.
Welcome — set the whole thing up, build your website, and open registration the same day you sign up. Standard is $99 a month from day one, and you’re covered: love Bloomily in 60 days, or pay nothing.
Do you have an enterprise plan?
Yes — it’s called Concierge, and it’s what districts, multi-site groups and camp networks buy. What it costs depends on how many sites you’re moving, how much history comes with you, and how fast you want to be live. We scope it with you and you get a number — on a purchase order if you need one — before you commit to anything. We’re not going to guess at it on a web page.
Will the price go up later?
Not for you. The price you join at is locked for as long as you stay, including if we raise prices for everyone else.
Do you charge for the parent app?
Never. Parents, guardians and staff are unlimited on every plan, including the free one.
See it with your door open.
Set up in an afternoon — $99 a month, and your first walk-in can check in today.
