A row appears here only where both of us have published an answer, and every cell about Sawyer links to the page we read it on and the day we read it. Where their page is silent we leave the row out rather than guess — and where they win, the row says so. Last checked 6 September 2026.

If you move, here is exactly what moves.

Comes across
  • Campers with birthdays, allergies, dietary notes and medical notes
  • Parents and guardians, with the email their invite goes to
  • Emergency contacts and pickup people, each with a kiosk PIN
  • Counselors and staff with their role, so nobody re-picks permissions one dialog at a time
  • Registrations onto sessions that already exist here
Does not
  • Saved cards and bank details
  • What families owe you today
  • Past invoices, payments and receipts
  • Old attendance, daily reports and messages

No system in this category hands another its saved cards or its ledger. We say it first, and we say what happens instead.

Questions, answered

No. There is a processing fee on a payment — 3.5% on cards, 1% on bank transfers capped at $8 — and your program chooses whether families or you cover it. We take no share of tuition.

Their published commission is 30%, 20% or 15% depending on the plan. On $50,000 of season tuition the lowest of those is $7,500 (read 6 September 2026). Ours would be $990 for the year plus the payment fee.

That is a real thing to weigh, and we do not do it. If the marketplace is filling your sessions, the commission may be worth it. If your families already know you, it is a tax on a booking you had already won.

Stop comparing. Start running.

Set up in an afternoon, and see it with your own program’s name on it.
