How do I download the Bloomily app?
The Bloomily Parent app is available on the App Store for iOS devices. The Bloomily Staff app is available for both iOS and Android.
How do I get access to Bloomily?
Access to Bloomily is provided through your daycare center. Contact your childcare provider to request an invitation.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
How do I update my notification preferences?
Open the app and go to Settings. From there, you can customize which notifications you receive, including daily reports, check-in/out alerts, and announcements.
How do I check in or check out my child?
You can check in or out directly from the home screen when you're at the daycare. The app uses location verification to confirm you're at the facility. You can also use the QR code fast-pass feature at kiosk stations.
How do I report an absence?
From the home screen, tap "Report Absence" and select the date and reason. Your daycare will be notified immediately.
