Do you charge per visit?
No. One price per location, however many visits. Parents, guardians and staff are unlimited. The only cost outside it is the processing fee on payments, and it is on this page.
What is in the drop-in version?
Walk-up registration, kiosk check-in, hourly billing, visit packs and memberships. It is the whole walk-in loop.
How does a visit get priced?
Checkout runs your own age-tiered rate card when the family leaves. You set those rates, not us. The invoice closes the same day.
Are waivers extra?
No. Waivers are part of the plan, not an add-on.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, and you can stop when you like. Pay for a year and two months are on us.
Do you have an enterprise plan?
Yes. It is Concierge, the second card on this page. What it costs depends on how many sites you move.
