The 60-day guarantee
Not for you in 60 days? Cancel, and your subscription is refunded.
Here is exactly how it works — when the clock starts, what comes back, what does not, and where the cancel button is.
Your 60 days start on your first subscription charge.
Not on the day you signed up, and not on the day you went live. The clock starts when the first subscription payment goes through.
Cancel inside the window and every subscription payment comes back.
Monthly or yearly, one payment or two — the subscription fees you paid Bloomily are refunded to the card you paid with. We may ask what didn’t work so we can improve, but the refund does not depend on the answer.
Card-processing fees on family payments are not subscription fees.
If families paid tuition through Bloomily before you cancelled, the processing fees on those payments were charged per transaction and stay charged. Those payments already reached your bank.
You cancel yourself, in the product.
Settings → Subscription & plan → Cancel. No call, no form, no waiting. If you would rather write, email us and we will cancel it for you.
It applies once per organization, to your first paid subscription.
Free plans have nothing to refund. Plans sold under a separately negotiated agreement follow that agreement, and separately quoted services (data migration, personal onboarding) are covered by their own quote.
On a yearly plan, cancelling later still gives the unused months back.
After the 60 days, a yearly subscription cancelled early refunds the whole months you have not yet started, with nothing deducted. Your access runs to the end of the month you are in.
The binding wording is §6.6 of the Terms of Service. Processing fees on family payments are explained on the payments page.
