Straight answers
Do you charge per child?
No. One price per location, however many children. Parents, guardians and staff are unlimited. The only cost outside it is the processing fee on payments, and it is on this page.
Is anything held back on this version?
No. Support is the only difference between this version and Concierge. The product is the same either way.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, and you can stop when you like. Pay for a year and two months are on us.
Do subsidy and agency payers cost extra?
No. You record the provider, the award and the claim. A family’s invoice shows the agency’s share separately.
We also run a summer camp.
One account runs both, at one price for the location. Tell us and we switch the camp version on.
Do you have an enterprise plan?
Yes. It is Concierge, the second card on this page. What it costs depends on how many sites you move.
