- Replace every placeholder with a reviewed, actual policy.
- Explain exactly when a place becomes confirmed.
- Match session names, totals and deadlines across the FAQ and booking journey.
A useful camp registration FAQ answers the questions a family needs resolved before booking. It should describe your actual sessions and policies in plain language, with a clear contact when the answer depends on a child's circumstances.
Download the editable FAQ template.
Start with the template below. Replace every bracketed field and have the person responsible for the policy check the answer before publishing. These are prompts for documenting decisions, not recommended refund terms or legal language. Keep the finished FAQ beside the session choices, not only in a confirmation email.

Have a staff member follow the camp registration launch checklist using a fictional family in a test setting. Compare session names, totals, deadlines and confirmation language across the FAQ, registration form and messages. Resolve differences before opening registration.
Keep a named owner and review date on the working copy. When a policy changes, update every place where the old answer appears. Use the camp payment reminder templates only after checking that their amounts and dates match your records.
Bloomily's camp registration overview describes session registration. Test your particular session and policy requirements during a demo; a general product description does not establish your camp's terms.
