Bloomily vs. CIRCUITREE

Choose Bloomily when your camp runs by the week and wants deposits, counselor check-in on iPhone and group photo albums together. CIRCUITREE describes camp software for summer, sports, university and faith-based camps, with the Bunk1 parent app, so test your weeks in both.

CIRCUITREE in its own words

CIRCUITREE describes itself as "cloud-based camp management software" with "fully integrated online platforms" (About CIRCUITREE). Its homepage says it serves "summer camps, sports camps, university youth camps, and faith-based camps and retreats." Its parent app is called Bunk1 (CIRCUITREE).

The homepage describes "visual bunk assignments that take camper requests into account." It also describes medical histories, with allergies and prescription medications, in each camper's profile. Digital check-ins and check-outs cover drop-off and pick-up, and an optional HR add-on is offered on its Pro and Enterprise plans (CIRCUITREE). Its operations page says camps can create payment plans for camp fees. At check-in, staff can pull up camper profiles on tablets and compare submitted photos to each camper (CIRCUITREE operations management). In Bunk1, counselors upload photos and the app tags the campers it finds. Bunk Notes lets parents send letters that camp prints and delivers (About CIRCUITREE). Parents can also set up funds for the camp store (CIRCUITREE summer camp management).

Where Bloomily fits a day camp better

Bloomily is built around the camp week, from registration to the afternoon pickup. That suits a day camp where families choose some weeks and skip others.

Weeks with their own capacity. Families register from your camp's page and pay a deposit. Each week has its own capacity, and a full week keeps a waiting list (Bloomily for camps). A family picks exactly the weeks it wants, and each week keeps its own price. Sibling discounts, early-bird prices and promo codes apply at checkout (Bloomily camp registration).

A deposit now, the balance later. Deposits come in at registration. The balance bill is made for you, due the Friday before the week (Bloomily features). Families can also pay in full or use a payment plan. Weeks and add-ons such as before care, after care or lunch land on one family balance, with one autopay (Bloomily programs).

Check-in from a counselor's phone. Counselors check campers in and out from the staff app on iPhone (Bloomily camp registration). Families can check in at a kiosk with a PIN, or on their own phone (Bloomily for camps). Parents get a notice when their child is checked in or out (Bloomily parent app).

Photos and messages by group. Campers sit in groups, and counselors share a photo album with each group (Bloomily camp registration). Families see their group's album in the parent app on iPhone or Android (Bloomily for parents). Every photo respects each family's sharing preferences (Bloomily photos). Messages arrive translated into each parent's language, and replies come back in yours (Bloomily communication).

What to check if you rely on cabins, Bunk1 or health profiles

CIRCUITREE's pages put weight on cabin assignments, Bunk1 and camper health profiles. If those are central to your season, test each one with your own data.

  • Cabins and groups. Bring last summer's bunk or group requests. Ask both companies to build next week's groups from them.
  • Photos. Bunk1 tags campers in photos, and Bloomily shares albums by group. Ask each one how a parent finds photos of their own child.
  • Health. CIRCUITREE describes medical histories with allergies and prescriptions. Bloomily's camp forms collect health notes, emergency contacts, pickup people and waivers (Bloomily camp registration). If your nurse logs medications through the day, ask both to show that routine.
  • Staff and letters. CIRCUITREE describes staff hiring, an HR add-on and Bunk Notes. If you use them, list each one as its own requirement.

Moving from CIRCUITREE to Bloomily

Bring the list you keep today, as it is. AI help does the reading. That can be a spreadsheet, another system's export, a PDF or a photo of a paper list. It reads children with their birthdays, allergies, dietary notes and medical notes. Nothing saves until you approve it.

When you are ready, send each family one invite. Their child is already on their account. Keep your old system running beside Bloomily as long as you like (Switching to Bloomily).

Questions to ask in both demos

  • Can families book single weeks of day camp, each with its own capacity, plus before and after care?
  • Can a family pay a deposit and have the balance charged automatically on set dates?
  • Do counselors check campers in on a phone, or on tablets?
  • Is the parent app included in the price, and can parents see only photos of their own child?
  • Which plan would a day camp of our size need, and what does it cost?
  • Can staff and parents message each other both ways, each in their own language?

Which one fits your camp

Choose Bloomily when your day camp runs by the week and you want registration, deposits, check-in and group photos in one system. If Bunk1 and camper health profiles are your main jobs, CIRCUITREE's pages speak to those. See Bloomily for camps and Bloomily's camp pricing.

Questions, answered

Is Bloomily a good CIRCUITREE alternative for a day camp?

Yes, when your camp runs by the week. In Bloomily, each week has its own capacity and families pay a deposit at registration. Counselors check campers in on iPhone, and families see their group's photos in the parent app. If camper health profiles or Bunk1 photo tagging matter most, compare those closely.

Does CIRCUITREE have a parent app?

Yes, it is called Bunk1. CIRCUITREE says Bunk1 tags campers in uploaded photos, and Bunk Notes lets parents send letters that camp prints. Bloomily's parent app is on iPhone and Android, with group photo albums and translated messages.

How much does CIRCUITREE cost?

We found no published prices on CIRCUITREE's site. Its FAQ names Pro and Enterprise plans, with an optional HR add-on for both. Bloomily publishes one price per location on its camp pricing page.

Can counselors check in campers on a phone with Bloomily?

Yes. Counselors check campers in and out from Bloomily Center, the staff app on iPhone. Families can also check in at a kiosk with a PIN, or on their own phone.

Can I move my camp records from CIRCUITREE to Bloomily?

Yes. Bring the list you keep today, as it is. That can be a spreadsheet, another system's export, a PDF or a photo of a paper list. AI help does the reading, and nothing saves until you approve it.
