When Paperform is enough

Paperform fits well when one good-looking form does the whole job. A family event, a fundraiser with a discount code, an interest list before you open registration or a parent survey are good examples. If several staff members build forms, its unlimited seats help.

You may have outgrown it when:

• You keep one form per week and compare counts to know when a week is full.
• Recurring charges sit in Stripe, apart from each child's record.
• The morning roster is a printout from the last export.
• Families write to ask what they owe and when it is due.
