Where the rules come from

USDA sets what a CACFP meal must hold. Your state agency or sponsor tells you how to count meals, and which forms to keep.

Questions, answered

When should staff mark the meal count?

As each child is served. A count written later from memory can be wrong.

Is this the official CACFP meal count form?

No. Your state agency or sponsor may give you its own form. Ask them before you use this one.

See it with your name on the door.
