Bloomily vs. 1Core
Choose Bloomily when your preschool or childcare center wants tours, check-in, room ratios, daily reports and tuition working together. 1Core describes a built-in CRM, lesson planning, attendance with classroom ratios and subsidy management for centers, so compare how each runs your day.

1Core in its own words
1Core builds its software for child care centers and preschools. It says it handles "everything from enrollment and attendance tracking to billing, reporting, and parent communication" (1Core). Its home page says a lead goes "right into our 1Core CRM" for follow-up. It also describes "automating lead inquiry to waitlist," automated recurring payments for parents, and lesson plans. For attendance, it says you can "Manage pick-ups, record temps, monitor classroom ratios instantly" (1Core).
1Core's pricing page lists franchise management, subsidy management and card swipe payments. It names an integration with KinderConnect for Texas, Missouri and Louisiana (1Core pricing). Its staff app covers timecards, PTO requests and daily health screenings (1Core app). It also has a camp module that takes deposits and sells camp merchandise (1Core camp software). Pricing is by quote.
Where Bloomily fits a preschool or childcare center better
Bloomily follows a center's day, from the first tour request to the afternoon report.
From a 7 PM tour request to a first day. Parents pick real tour slots on your website, and requests land in your enrollment pipeline by morning (Bloomily website builder). Offers, forms, deposits and waitlists follow. Missing signatures get reminders in each family's language until the packet is done (Bloomily enrollment).
Rooms that show the real ratio. Families check in at a tablet by the door with the last 4 digits of their phone and a PIN (Bloomily check-in). Each room then shows who is in it and whether it has enough teachers (Bloomily for preschools). Ratios come from real check-ins of children and staff, not from the schedule (Bloomily classrooms).
The day, sent home. Teachers log meals, naps, diapers, bathroom visits and activities with a tap (Bloomily daily reports). At 3:30 PM they finish the day's report and add photos. Families get it in the app and by email (Bloomily for preschools). Messages arrive translated into each parent's language, and replies come back in yours (Bloomily communication).
Tuition and staff time. Tuition bills on your charge day, and families on autopay pay without a nudge (Bloomily for preschools). When a card fails, the family gets a prompt to update it, and the payment retries on its own (Bloomily billing). Staff clock in from a phone or the tablet at your door, and breaks are tracked (Bloomily staff time).
What to check if you rely on 1Core's CRM and subsidy tools
1Core's home page describes its built-in CRM. If your team works leads from many sources, test that job first. Ask both companies to take one fictional lead from first inquiry to a signed enrollment, with every reminder along the way.
If you report subsidy attendance through KinderConnect, 1Core's pricing page names that integration for three states. In Bloomily, a subsidy invoice splits the agency's share from the family's. You still file your claim with the agency (Bloomily daycare management). Ask each company to show your state's steps.
On price, 1Core shows a Custom Plan and asks you to get a quote (1Core pricing). Bloomily's price is on its preschool pricing page.
Moving from 1Core to Bloomily
Bring the list you keep today, as it is. AI help does the reading. That can be a spreadsheet, another system's export, a PDF or a photo of a paper list. Nothing saves until you approve it.
When you are ready, send each family one invite. Their child is already on their account. Keep your old system running beside Bloomily as long as you like (Switching to Bloomily).
Questions to ask in both demos
- Is there a self-serve trial, or does setup always start with a sales call?
- Can the program publish a public enrollment page or website from the system?
- Which states are covered for subsidy attendance reporting?
- What processing fees apply to card and bank payments, and can they be passed to families?
- Does it produce year-end tax statements for families?
- Can a director see live room ratios from check-ins of children and staff?
- Can families message teachers in their own language?
Which one fits your center
Choose Bloomily when you want tours, rooms, daily reports, family messages and tuition to work together. If a CRM for lead follow-up or KinderConnect reporting is your main need, 1Core's pages speak to that. See Bloomily for preschools and Bloomily's preschool pricing.
