Forgot Password / Trouble Signing In
If you already have a Bloomily account but can't get in, you don't need to create a new one — you just need to reset your password. It takes about a minute.
Already signed in before, even once? Then your account exists and a password was already created. Use Forgot password? below to set a new one — you do not need a new invitation email. (Setting up for the very first time instead? See Setting Up Your Account.)

1. Reset Your Password
- 1Go to bloomily.app and click Sign in.
- 2Click Forgot password? below the sign-in fields.
- 3Enter the email address your childcare center has on file, then submit.
- 4Open the email from Bloomily and click the link to choose a new password.
- 5Sign in with your email and the new password — you're back in.
Password Requirements
- At least 8 characters long
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one uppercase letter
2. Didn't Get the Reset Email?
The reset email usually arrives within a couple of minutes. If you don't see it:
- Check your spam and promotions folders for a message from Bloomily.
- Make sure you entered the same email your center has on file (see below).
- Wait a few minutes and try once more — requesting it again sends a fresh link.
- Add notifications from bloomily.app to your contacts so future emails arrive reliably.
3. Not Sure Which Email You Used?
Your account is tied to the email address your childcare center has on file. If a reset email never arrives, you may be entering a different address than the one on your account. Your center can confirm which email is on file in a few seconds — just ask them, then run the reset above with that address.
4. Still Stuck?
Contact your childcare center directly. They can confirm the email on your account and make sure everything's set up on their end so the reset goes through.
